About the Author
Sara S. Viessman, MD, is most recently Associate Dean for Medical
Education at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Penn State College of Medicine,
Allentown, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she was a Pediatric Residency
Program Director and Associate Professor University of Missouri-Columbia
School of Medicine Columbia, Missouri for a decade. Additionally,
during the same ten year period, she was the Founder and Co-Director
Med-Peds Residency Program at the University of Missouri-Columbia School
of Medicine Columbia Missouri .
